Thanks to all the WECSSO members who came out to our Annual Spring Meeting yesterday at the Ciociaro Club. It was a success in delivering information about the upcoming season in May.

We would like to thank all the people who attended our WECSSO Annual Banquet, making it another successful event. Many thanks to the WECSSO Board, the Social Committee, and the Ciociaro Club for a great meal and a fun evening of laughs with friends. President Ron Ottogalli delivered his address on the indoor and summer seasons. Our Convenors summarized their season and awarded the team Champions for each division. Long time Board member and Blue division Convenor, Chris Brennan, was honoured for his many years of service to the league. The pictures in the gallery below provide a glimpse of the evening.

The new Board of Directors will be meeting in November to start work on the 2026 season. A warm welcome to David Lariviere who was elected to the Board at our Fall AGM. Looking forward to the 2026 season.

The WECSSO Board would like to thank Mike Palenchar and Don Balkwill for arranging another very successful Golf tournament on Friday August 15th. 88 golfers teed off at 9am under ideal weather conditions. One could not ask for a better day to play golf with friends and fellow WECSSO members.
Thanks, also, to Patti, Barbara, Elaine, Daniela, who gave up their day to assist behind the scenes. Thank you to Lally Southpoint Ford, Manager Tom Leckie, for providing bottles of water for our golfers, and to those that provided door prizes, your generosity is greatly appreciated.
To Orchard View Golf, you are always supportive, organized, and a pleasure to work with.
The food from Colasanti’s was delicious and plentiful.
