Print it, fill it out and send it to the address printed at the bottom with the $75.00 registration fee. This includes your $20.00 non-refundable membership dues to WECSSO as well as the cost for Slo-Pitch. This form and registration fee must be received before January 31,2024 to ensure placement on a team.
