Many thanks to the members that came to yesterday’s Annual General Meeting, and to the 31 people who voted in advance by email. Thank you to those members that responded to the year’s review, and posed insightful questions, comments and concerns. It takes all of us and we should be proud of the league and its members.
There were 7 people running for 6 positions on the Board. The following were elected by the membership:
Rick Anderson, Aldo Bertucci, Bill Kaschak, Elaine Lalonde, Jim Rovere and Steve Sabina. If for any reason, any of the above cannot fulfil their two year term, Dennis Kitely will step onto the Board.
The following members will not be continuing on the Board. A depth of gratitude to Don Balkwill, Barbara Sanders and Rob Ceschan for their contributions and dedication to the league. Good luck in your future endeavours. You will be missed!
Both proposed amendments were passed.
The Banquet is Thursday, October 22nd at the Ciociaro Club, Salon A. Doors open at 4:00 pm. Dinner at 5:00 pm. This marks our 30th Anniversary for WECSSO. We have a total of 210 members and guest attending. It should be a great evening!
