Went home to be with his Savior on July 18, 2013 after the long good bye at the age of 72 years; at home with family by his side. Survived by his loving wife of 41 years Wendy (nee Dawes), his children Kelly Runnalls, Erik Wood, and Neil (Lindsay) Wood, and grandchildren Leif, Micah, Noa, Gideon, and Bronte Runnalls; and Asher Wood. Dear brother of Lynn Whaley and John. Also survived by 2 brothers-in-law Bob and Ken and many nieces and nephews. Jim was a dedicated teacher and cross country coach with the Windsor Public School Board, longtime member and faithful servant of Campbell Baptist Church, and mentor to many. He enjoyed many hobbies including baseball, running and nature. Prov. 3:5-6.
